I added her on facebook and I'm afraid I've already come off as an old creep. It has been a day and a half and still hasn't accepted the friend request. I was going to send a message but didn't know if I should. Was just basically wanting some opinions on what to do. It's just hard to approach her at work seeing as she is always busy and I didn't want to make it awkward at work. Thanks for your time.

just ask her if she wants to go for a coffie after work. if she she says yes, when you're having the coffie complement her and also get to know her.

Don't rush things. Wait until she has accepted your friend request and you have been chatting for months. This will also allow you to study her character (through her posts and comments) and also allow her to feel free with you before you ask her out. Best of luck.
