you are talking about a "deep valley orgasm" this can only be achieved either with very deep penetration or fingers. But in all seriousness I believe it is a very rare thing. My wife who is a very sexual person has never squirted and I have never had a lover who has squirted. But I've seen the videos and boy does it look great. And you will find some posts on this site of girls talking about their squirting.
As for how it's done, I believe a focus on the G-Spot seems to be the go. But I think there are a lot of women who will never be able to squirt. Good luck if you find one, it sounds great!
