Well maybe she is playing hard to get, and maybe she does like you but is caught in a relationship where she is torn between something she likes in you and something she likes in this other guy. If she really wants to be with you then she will be, and if she continues to be with this other guy and say that she likes you too the best thing to do is just move on because obviously she wants her cake and wants to eat it too and you just don't get both. Some girls lead guys on to keep them to theirselves even though they are dating another guy. Don't let that be you. Tell her how you really feel about her and that you want to be with her and see what happens and go from there. Good luck.
