The person in question may admit they had sex but say it was consentual and without witnesses or proof of violence (cuts, bruises etc where she may have fought him off) - it can be really hard. Because unfortunately, girls do make false allegations against ex boyfriends etc and the police don't want to run around and make an arrest after every alleged incident - they require some kind of evidence. Police can take DNA swabs a little while after the the alleged incident but again this can only prove that sex took place - not that it is rape. Hope this info helps.

She needs to speak to a rape crisis center or call the police and get their recommendation on how to proceed. This is a growing epidemic and they are aggressively acting on these cases. Tell her to get moving so the creep won't do it again.

What do you mean by *how can she prove thing* and who do you want her to prove it to?
