If I hurt her friend her and everyother girl in my school will hate me. How can i tell her i dont like her and then go out with her friend without hurting her?

 Your Ex's friend is practicing an age old tradition called..."Friends of my ex are off limits".
And she is to be commended for not causing unnecessary drama in your young life.
Maybe in time you can date her(like senior year in HS) but Id seek out greener pastures. Nothing good will come from it.
