reader, anonymous, writes (7 February 2009): You have nothing to be ashamed of! Everybody does it from time to time. Nuns probably do it even. I've done it once already today, lol. And I am not ashamed. Nobody will make fun of you for it because everyone knows what it's like. I can understand how it'd be embarrassing to have someone walk in on you doing it or something, but doing it privately on your own time is absolutely nothing you should feel guilty for. You aren't hurting anybody. You aren't even hurting yourself. It's not wrong to give yourself pleasure every now and again and look at porn occassionally. I do it too. And I will never feel guilty for it or ashamed of it. Neither should you.

Your in your late 20's, really don't worry about it, there are very very few people who don't masturbate and discovering your sexuality at that age is not uncommon or anything to be ashamed about. There is also nothing wrong with looking at porn! Don't get hung up on this, it's all normal healthy stuff.Good luck.
