Well go to MD.com, so a medical site for facts... this is likely not quite the right place. My question is, why don't you go get them treated? You need to take these seriously, while it's not life threatening, it is a form of an STD (I've had them too) and they are quite treatable. Get rid of them and you won't have to worry about soothing them...
