your 15, he's 19... he could get into A LOT of trouble dating you. He's an adult, you're not. In may places that rape, and you have no legal say in the situation... as you're a child. You need to let this go, and find someone your own age. He needs to find someone that he has things in common with- in 20 years a 4 year difference in age is not big deal, but at 15 it's HUGE.

 You really can't make someone like you, just being you should be enough and if he does or is going to like you then he will.
Trying to find ways to get him to like you or like you more will only cause you to be living up to an image of someone that isn't you.
