Ok, so I don't feel fat really and people tell me Im not fat, but I hate the size of my legs. They are short (because Im small anyway)and they are really fat!! I do truly have "thunder-thighs" and I hate it. Ive also got stretch-marks on the back of them, which are really ugly. So my question is: are there any ways I can lose weight off my legs or tone them up without loosing weight anywhere else? Thanks :)x

Walking, running, swimming, and doing light to moderate weight-lifting focusing on your legs will help, plus they're all good for the heart.
Good luck!

Exercise involving your legs will put them in better shape. It won't necessarily make them smaller (as muscle mass may well replace other tissue there), but it will give them better definition and probably better overall contours.
There are lots of ways to get that sort of exercise. Walking, running, riding a bicycle, and swimming are all good. If you do an exercise like bicycling that builds only certain muscle groups in the legs, though, you should add some exercises (like isometrics) that will build the complementary muscle groups or you will start to get an "unbalanced" look, and start to have pain problems with your back and other areas as well. For those muscles, some trainers recommend pressing the sides of the upper thighs against the inside of a door frame for some period of time and pushing, repeating it regularly to tone the muscles on the sides of the legs to compensate for the fact that the bicycle work only helps the muscles at the front and back of the legs.
The important thing is to make it consistent.
If you have a physical education or health department at your school you could probably ask them for some recommendations.
Exercise is probably the best way to work on changing a specific part of the body, and as I say it may not actually reduce the overall size but it will often give it a more pleasing overall appearance.
