I am very worried about her and hope to find any way to help her out.My friend was in a relationship with a man, where both had planned to make it long term and even began talking about marrige. A few months ago durring the Super Bowl he had went to a friends house and met another girl there, they became good friends but, when Valentine's day came around it was proven more than that. He was still in a relationship with my friend when he spent Valentine's day with this other girl. A week after that he had this other girl tell my friend that he was in a relationship with her and wasn't comming back to my friend. Only he and this other girl did not work out and he has been trying to get back together with my friend. What he did to my friend affected her so much and hurt her so much. She has been under a great amount of stress. Lately he has been trying even harder to get back with her and she has tried to make it clear to him that she wants nothing to do with him after he lied and betrayed her. Unfortunately he has not gotten the point, this stress is affecting my friend so much that she is going days without sleep, suffering from bizzar and frightening nightmares in which she had not had before this whole ordeal. She is now reffering to him as a stalker and it is begining to wear her down. I don't know what to do for her and can only hope that someone can give me some advice so that I do my best to help her. She is a loving, funny, hyper, and all out great person, and now she is so down and depressed she is not herself. If anyone can give me some advice please please do so. I would greatly appreciate it...How can I help my friend?

Bye her chocs! Try not to give snappy come backs if she says any think you don't approve of and if shes just sitting there looking sad just go and sit next to her!
