 You are still very young, relax and enjoy yourself. What you call chatting up, he might be just having a conversation with these girls. Besides its you his with not them.
I would worry if he started kissing them or something, but not just talking.
Have fun and enjoy being young.

 you are still very young to worry about keeping this guy. at your age this should be a lot of fun not a problem. i dont know how old is your guy but as he is chattingup some women i reckon he is old to be dating a young girl your age because you are no "woman". enjoy being young.
