Dont put to much thought into it. Its a natural thing. Just go with the flow and if you use tougue just try not to be messy. There's no real tips I can say except go with what feels right. : ) Good Luck xo

Hey don't worry about it too much.
When I had my first kiss I had been seeing my guy for a couple of months. We were just hugging at first, and I kinda tilted my head a little towards his face. Then he said "What do you want me to do?" I didn't say anything coz I wasn't sure whether to say "kiss me" or if we should just keep hugging. After a while he just kissed me.
Maybe if you tried a similar thing (tilting your head towards his face a little when hugging him) then, when you think you're ready, kiss him lightly on the lips. If he wants to kiss you too then he'll kiss you back. All you have to do then is go with the flow.
I just went with it as I, like you, was rather clueless.
Not to mention quite shocked that he'd kissed me! :)
