reader, anonymous, writes (11 July 2011): Don't get into a war of words because an extremely jealous person is usually insecure and will probably use some dirty tactic to "stick it to you."
I think your best bet is to not reply at all. You have nothing to defend yourself against. She isn't worth your time and it may sound lame and old but eventually she will get sick of it if she can't get a reaction.
