In a nut shell, I have had weight and body issues my entire life. I can honestly say I don't like anything about my body. I often over think and cry about how I will never be able to be intimate with a man, have a husband one day, etc because I am too ashamed to expose myself. I've been basically very obese (370+ pounds) my entire life except the past 2 years that I've decided to lose a significant amount of weight. Well, as most of you know when you lose a significant amount of weight, you get left with extra skin, saggy parts of your body, etc. I was aware of this when I started my weight loss journey, but I'm very sad about it. My problem areas are my stomach and thighs which have an excessive amount of saggy skin, as well as I've lost 2 cup sizes and my breasts aren't looking very pretty. How can someone like me be happy in life when I hate my own body? I've been feeling hopeless for some time now and don't know what to do. It's severely affecting me mentally and feel like it's going to affect my future with a man as well. I just want to be confident with myself.

had degraded to two thin little sacks. So i chose the alternative and ate a whole lot of nice stuff and came back to life...so what is this obssession with thiness...but if it is your aim and objective and you want to be a new you , then go to your doctor and ask for him to get the excess skin removed as part of your amazing achievement and some hormone tabs to pump your boobs back up. Failing that drink milk like crazy, low fat yoghurt shakes etc and exercise like crazy doing situps and press ups or swimming...and get a fake tan !
