writes: my husband is going for foreign trip for 2 weeks ..i read a message from his collegue that he has a gift for him.she has to told a lie to his family for market and she was saying to pick it up from table himself so no body can notice...why???does he expected a great gift on return...can not talk to my husbend .i know he is having an emotional affair with this girl in the shape of close friend he wants to less relation but does not ending..but the girl is showing more emotions and love..i love my husband..he too.how can i convince him the girl is flirt and greedy???

reader, anonymous, writes (8 November 2010): Ok well it sounds like your husband is flattered by this womans attention and has not, as yet, taken things too far. It sounds also like this woman is trying to weaken your husband by offering this gift - like a bribe. I think all you can do is either confront your husband and tell him that you are upset by the situation and you would like him to respond by not communicating with her or confront her and ask her why she is offering your husband a gift. Failing this you need to play the long game by seeing what happens next.... but I get the feeling you have been a little bit too patient for too long?
