Ask out a guy that you like, then. Don't just wait for a man to ask you, go ahead and make the first move when you're attracted to a guy. You might strike out, but that's no worse than what guys experience when they ask.
Barring that, for some men the whole "How do I act sexier" question could be a turn off. If you've "Been with loads of guys" that you meet at parties without even dating, some men might not think that you're in for the long haul. You felt that you needed to clarify that you're not perceived to be a slut. Are you sure?
I'm NOT saying you are one, I'm NOT, but some guys might get the vibe that you feel like one. Maybe tone it down a little, hold off on Friends-with-Benefits, and try to come off as more of a trustworthy and reliable girl, that guys have to work harder to be with.
It's all about perception. If guys THINK you're a slut (in your words), then you can be a virgin and still scare them away.
