Hi, i know questions like these come up all the time cos i've seem them myself, but i just cant not say nothing!

to cut a long story short, i had sex 3 weeks ago, first time with my current boyfriend and we used a condom, didnt see no split or nothing. i was due to come on my period on thursday. dont sound too long ago, but, for me, i am never late! i had irregular periods when i was 13 till about 14, and ever since then they have sorted themselves out and are regular. so obviously, i havev't come on, i took a pregnancy test on saturday, it was negative and took another 2day and it was negative. exactly what im hoping for! but i dont see why my period isnt coming. i know stress can delay it, but i do not have a stressful life right now, so why would it stop my period - seriously!? i am verrrrry confused and just wondered if this has happened 2 anyone else after they had sex for the first time in months. any ideas on how 2 bring my period on, cos it is actually affecting me now - the sorta worrying . Thanks, Carissa x

xlipgloss06x agony auntIf I was you I wouldn't worry, worrying would only make you worse chick. There's no need to stress out and because the tests say negative it means you're probably just late. All girls are different, many girls have late periods you shouldn't worry too much, it could effect you in other ways

hope this helps chick

This used to happen to me sometimes. The freaking out is what's causing the delay. Once, I bought a pregnancy test and my period started just moments before i got the chance to take it. The moment I stopped stressing about it, it came.

mangospice agony auntThe fact that it was your first time you are due to stress out. I don't think its just a stressful life that delays it, it can be delayed if you keep worrying about it.

The fact the tests keep coming back negative seems to show you're probably late.
