He said to me the only things that matter are food, work and personal hygiene.I want to help him, but he's just withdrawn from everything else. How do I boost his confidence, and ensure that he doesn't have confidence problems??He won't seek help as he considers mental health/medical profession as "quacks" and has become upset a lot.I don't know what to do, please help me... it's causing strain on our relationship.

My brother used to lack confidence he would not talk to anyone he didnt know would not speak up in public, he was just so scared of rejection and people judging him.
He tried everything classes, he saw a councilor none if it helped. Howveer a friend from work recomndeed hypnotherapy, my brother is wary of alternative therapise but went in thinking this will never work.
Its been a year since his session and now he is haoppy to talk to anyone about anything he is so confident that at my brothjers wedding he even made a speech.
Maybe your other half would be willing to give this a go?
