He's told me that he really likes me before and I told him that I like him too as a friend, but yesterday I sent him a text message saying; " okay I just got to the gym, I'll text you later when i'm done" and the he sa responded:" Okay luv you" That kinda freaked me out. Was he just trying to be friendly? Or does he think that we're together? Can anyone tell me?

He feels more for me and i know that, but he's never brought it up or 'made a move' so fortunately there havent been any awkward conversations.
Isay life is too short to not tell ppl u love them- whether its as friends or more, if u feel it then say it! Just dont ever give him reason to think u want more than friendship, and if there ever is an awkward moment then just tell him u love him dearly as a friend.... and u dnt want to lose him.

i could just be a term of endearment, i would probablly write that to a close friend, or a family member. personally i woulden't declare my love for someone over a text, but if i did i would use the word LOVE and not LUV. LUV seems to friendly.
Like the other aunts say all you can do is ask him.
Good luck.

Your friend might like you more than you like him.
Either way you need to ask about his response and what was meant by it to put the record straight.
Daily text for you may only mean friendship but for him, may be more.

Quite a few of my friends, both girls and boys, tell me they love me in this way all the time. It could just be a new 'thing' he's trying out, or he could have developed feelings for you. As a previous poster suggested.. ask him!!
