right theres this guy that is known to be a player and is all about fun yet wen i wanted to have fun he wasnt into it.. he knows i like him alot and ive been told he likes me.. so afther chasing him 4 months and been to needy and desperate basically i gave up i wasnt getting anywhere.. now recently he got a new number and rang me now he texts me out of the blue i dunno i still have feelings for him but does he hes younger than me hes 24 im 28 and i know hes not trying to hook up so why is he still bothered with me

He probably doesn't like the thought that some woman would turn him down and walk away from him. He likes to be chased but that's as far as his brain (if he's got one) allows him to go.

He just wants to think that he has a string of women chasing after him and his ego won't let you get away. He doesn't really want you but can't stand the thought that you don't want him.
