Otherwise, the only thing you can do is to say you know about the other women, it has got to stop or you are going to leave the relationship, he has to know he will lose you if this continues. Ask him if he is willing to go to counseling with you to work on your problems in you marriage. It could simply be a communication problem or negative relationship pattern that is the source of the problem. Or it could be something else. As far as the sexual problem, it sounds like he may have ED or he is angry with you and it is psychological. A lot of men go through something like this when they are stressed or feel overwhelmed, financial problems come to mind....bottom line he needs some help...this is a cry for help.
It's not all YOU, so don't think that and be strong and stand up for yourself.

Well if your husband is unhappy why does he not tell you to you face? You need to tell your husband that you know what is going on. And try and sort things out!
