writes:what does this guy want?there is a guy where i work at about 4 months ago started acting different around me before he was outgoing but now he is shy around me. He talks to everyone including girls but will not talk to me except when we are alone.I do not know if his reason is because we work in the same office or the fact I am a shy person. but I can tell he has feelings for me. He will not appraoch to ask me out and I will not approach him either. He always starring at me now he looks deep into my eyes he likes being around me. also if he knows there is a opportunity and I am alone he will wait or approach me just to say goodbye if he will be away from the office.My intersnhip ends in a couple months could this guy be waiting until then to ask me out. i know one of us is going to have to make a move. i assumed he would since he is outgoing. what does this guy want?

reader, anonymous, writes (3 June 2010): It sounds very much like he likes you. It also sounds like hes unsure about whether you like him. He's probably waiting because hes not 100% sure that you like him and as such unwilling to potentially embarrass himself by asking you out. If he waits too long he might jpsyche himself out and give up. Perhaps you should find a way tell him how much you like him
