I usually give him a hand movement whenever i leave but the other day he gave me a hug instead. It take me by complete surprise. I liked it. I just dont know why he did it.Anyways is it bad for me to like someone older then me?And how do i know if he likes me back? Hes not a perv or anything like that. Hes a really sweet guy. Sort of shy i guess i should say. any advice?happy holidays!

 Hi, i don't think there is anything wrong atal with liking someone older, after all age is only a number, and its all about how you feel inside.
Im in a similar situation at work with the same sort of age gap, she is 22 and i am 32, and we flirt all the time.
I would say get this guy on his own and tell him how you feel, i know how awkward it can be being in a work environment with other co-workers there listening to your every word. Ask him out for a drink after work or something, im sure he will jump at the chance. If he says no at least you know where you stand and you can move on.

 Hi ther, no ther is nothing wrong with liking someone older, age should not have anything to do with a relationship. If you like the guy TELL HIM you will never find out how he feels about you if you dont ask! It may seem weird to talk to your manager about this sort of thing but so what if he feels the same great but if not no worries move on he just isnt the guy for you. Plenty more fish in the sea!
