 Just keep the conversation flowing every time you see her. Eventually things will move forward because she will know the best way to take it forward given her circumstances. You may even get an invite to her house eventually, then you can meet the father.

Next step, get her father on your side. It will help. No father trusts any young man with his precious daughter. You are both young and you have to go through this process in your life.
