I’ll certainly succed, but my parents are old and are in need of financial help.I4d really like to help them .however, if I do, i’ll have to give up my dream of becoming a doctor. On one hand, if I decided to help, I’ll have to renounce to my registration at University. On the other hand, if I don’t, i’ll feel guilty of not helping my family. I have no one to turn to. What should I do? Reply to this Question Share |

Discuss the options with your school and university they might be able to help you out, I assume after you do your BAC you will have a few months before you start university maybe you can take that time to work and help your parents, maybe keep a part time job while you attend university.
Have a look out for charity's that help people with financial problems.
Ask around and get as much information as you can I don't know how it works where you are from but you surely have a lot of other otions you might not know about.

I understand the difficult choice that you have to make. I would advise you to speak with the University about a deferral for entry next year or in two years. Most universities grant such requests. This would enable you to help your family and not have to give up your dream. I know it is not an easy decision, but if your family is in dire need of your help and it is possible for you to help them, I think you should.
May the Lord bless you.
