writes: Hi all,A little while back I send a question, but did not word it very well I have been with this guy for nearly 2 years the last ouople of mnths have been great fantastic, see he has been a bit of an asshole sometimes and about 5months ago I left him. well he chased me and chased me and told me he loved me and that life was pretty shit without me, so I after a month I got back with him cause he proved himself to me well since then we have had our ups and downs but its been good, then I find out the other night while he is on the phone to one of his friends from where he lives that he had taken this girl out while on Vacationtook her away to a hotel fancy dinner hired a car" alot of damn effott" I was furious ( I was not listening on his phone convo he was being loud ) so I found out its his female best friend that he took they been friends for 10 years. still anygry cause he had never done anything like this for me. thee thing is I know he has a thing for her but nothing has ever happend, well I wanted the truth once and for all and it turns out he is in love with her and wants to wait to see what happens she is 10,000 miles away and he said I know nothing can happned long distance. He is here for a few more years. I walked out a week ago I miss him very much and still love him we have had a few Email between us I told him he need to tell her how he feels and find out if she feels the same and stop wasting his life on what ifs.....but he told me he not sure if he can do as he has been chasing her so long.....but he also said he dose not want to leave me ln this unhappy state I just said to sort himself out first. now I just have to leave it but it hurts so much and I know if I have a drink I will want to phone him or go over there please HELP

 you are doing the right thing. He loves another. He has to figure that situation out before he can be with anyone else. You just move on without him and find a better mate.
