Whenever I orgasm, It's so intense I sometimes black out !! it lasts sometimes for 2 mins 40 seconds of that intense feeling, my girlfriend told me that I look like I'm on drugs and she never seen guys having such long orgasms before..I also release tremendous amount of sperm, once I counted 19 shots in a row.. and even after the sperms ends the..feeling of orgasms is still there.. is that normal ??? Do I need to see a doctor ??

I actually went to the doctor because I was concerned about the tremendous amount of semen I was ejaculating. The results were very positive, my semen was healthy nothing was wrong. The doctor said some people just produce more than others..and it's a genetic thing according to the doctor
I only black out when I go without sex for a longer period of time aprox. 2 months. When I ejaculate the pleasure gets so intense I can feel funny tickles going down my legs and toes . I asked many of my friends and none of them had experienced something even close to me. I am going to go to some specialist when I go back in Europe next month..to see what's the thing with "blacking out"..

He Czech's he Scores But wait a minute.. he's down on the ice, he's blacked out.This is not common, this IMO and only IMO could mean a blood clot or Aneurysm. This sounds actually serious IMO.For sure I'd have that checked out. If your going into what looks like ecstasy but could be convulsions from a extreme drop in blood pressure than ya, I'd get it checked out. And have you actually weighed in on the amount of semen you produce?

Its a rarity but some men do have elongated orgasms where they can cum a lot and it lasts for a long time, its perfectly normal and something to be cherished.
