writes:so me and my ex Chuck had a really bad history like he was really mean to me and so on... and we eventually had to end because it got so bad our parents had to get involved... and i havent seen him or talked to him in a month.. He sent me a letter saying he was very sorry and did like me a lot and never meant anything he said so i will be seeing him this friday at a dance and i dont know how to act around him.. or know how he is feeling..because he might not care anymore at this poiint and i still care. I wont go back to him he has had way to many chances but how do i act around him? He is probably going to ask me to talk to him alone and try to get me back (like he always does).. PLEASE HELP ME! cause i have gone back to him so many times... and i really need to move on.. so please help me.

 Heya ... if you dont wont to get back with your ex then you just have to stay strong , ive had one boyfriend that hit me and put me in hospital and drugged my drink and made me very ill and have my stomach pumped but because i love him i kept going back to him and got more and more hurt but then another one of my exs just treated me like ruddish i went out with him on off for ages i used to leave him but we would end up going back out the same day or day after so one day i let him and didnt get back with him for a few weeks and when he reliseed he'd lost me and how much he wonted me back he changed his act and i got back with him and everything way fine . it depends if you trust him to change if he wonts to talk to him and you love him tell him what he has to do to keep you otherwise your gone for good , but if you really dont wont him back be strong and tell him its time for you both to move on and just be friends because its for the best , whatever you choose to do , do for you , not him or your parents and good luck and i hope you happy with your desigion x
