You are probubly straining and working furriously to get yourself off in a short time. Are you holding your breath? Are you holding your head up and stiffening your neck? Is there an excessive amount of tension in your working shoulder/arm? All of these can lead to a headache since there is so much tension in the neck and brachial area of the body once orgasm is reached. Try to allow yourself more time in as private of an area as possible. It's important that you are relaxed and not too tense.
