writes:Hello everyone. I am having relationship problems with my current boyfriend. We are 19 years old and i am 7 months pregnant. We are in college and he goes to college a few hours away. We werent planning the baby but just took it as a blessing. I am a christian and really want to do the right thing and get married before the baby comes. We have been together 5 years so I know the love is there. He does not want to get married before the baby comes and says we can do it later on in life. This really upsets me because I know we would have a good life and could make it work. It upsets me everyday knowing he doesnt want to marry me. He sees me upset but isnt willing to change. I dont know what I should do. I really want this family to work but my feelings are getting less for him knowing he isnt trying to make me happy. He talks about our furture with the baby and having more children, but why would he commit? I dont know what to do.

reader, anonymous, writes (12 May 2010): i think he loves you very much; talking about babies and stuff, but dont pressure him. if it means a lot to you marrying before having your baby, ask him what is wrong and try to fix whatever is making him nervous or not wanting to get married.
