He treats me like his girlfriend but on myspace he says he is single

I am best friends with my ex. We have twin sons together. He has started wanting me over all the time. He is kissing on me in public and cuddles me all the time. If i am in pain he tries to help me get rid of it. He is treating me like his girlfriend, but on his myspace it says he is single. I am very confused about all of it. What do I do?
