I know my friend's not lying to me about it, because before me and his best mate were just sat down, talking, he suddenly just up and said, "Oh, we best go to everybody else now othewise if *Jack sees us, then he'll get jealous." In a way it bothers me, because to me it's as if he doesn't trust me or him around each other, and I don't like his mate in that kind of way! What's the deal? I just want to understand why he feels this way.

I agree with YummyMummy just come straight out and ask him what it's all about, you never know it might be something like he has been stung in the past before by an ex going off with his friend or something.
Take care.xx.

Ask him what's his deal about it. he cant say he isn't the jealous type and then show jealous feelings towards you and a male mate and not explain why. There has to be a reason or feeling behind it.
