It was getting even better, but then all of a sudden we got in this huge arguemnt.1st of all he REALLY loves guitar. 2nd we both go to the same church. We were both going to go to youth camp together, but then he decided that he wanted to stay home instead of going to youth camp. I asked him why, and he said that he cant go for a whole 5 days w/out playing the guitar, then i said "well i'm gonna be at youth camp and if you dont go then you wont be able to talk to me or spend time w/me for a whole 5 days." then he said that he could live with that.I then asked him "so you're saying that you can go a whole 5 days w/ out talking 2 me but you can't go a whole 5 days w/out playing guitar?" he said "yeah, why, is that a bad thing?" my reply: WELL DUHH!!!! Then the whole thing evolved into a big argument, and both of us are tearing apart.I'm posting this at 1:56 A.M because this is making me stressed and i can't sleep when i'm stressed. We cant find a way 2 settle this and breaking up is definately NOT something we want to do and we both refuse to do it.So please dont suggest breakng up because that wont solve anything. Please help me!! He loves playing it and you shouldnt stand in the way of that, but he could do it all the time that you are not there. There is moderation and have a chat with him about it.
take care

I play in a national band and I can tell you from experieince, that when a guy (or chick) plays his guitar or practices guitar during private times, Its an inferiority complex. Saying "Im embarassed that Im not turning a wrench, but can they do this?" Its a way of wanting attention to feel special. Let him play his guitar
