Question - (5 February 2008) 2 Answers - (Newest, 6 February 2008)
A female United Kingdom age 36-40, anonymous writes:

I've been with my boyfriend on and off for two years but officially for six months now. I keep getting really panicky when I don't hear from him for a couple of days not even a hi!

Am I right to be worrying or am I just being obsessive?

I know he likes his space I'm just so scared I'm losing him.

Please help

A female reader, anonymous, writes (6 February 2008):

In my relationship I would expect at least a Hi over a couple of days if I wasn't seeing my boyfriend - I guess it depends on the nature of the relationship.

Maybe try strike a compromise, sure he likes his space but if it'll make you feel more comfortable to get an sms or short email in this time (a few minutes out of the day) then speak to him about it - I hardly think a gesture like that would be infringing on his private time too much.
