writes:as ive been walking around school ive seen this guy and he works as one of the grounds keepers and they can start working at 16 so hes not too old, but when i see him hes all ways looking at me and my friends always say that hes lookin at me as well and that hes been checking me out. does that mean that he likes me or does it mean somthing else?? and what should i do about it? should i try talkin to him or wot?? aM KINDA IN THE SAME SITUATION BUT THE MOST IMPORTANT FACT THAT WHEN A BOY LIKES A GIRK HE KEEPS ON SARTING AT HER AND WEN SHE LOOKS AT HIM HE WILL LOOK BACK UNCORFTRABLE SO TO TALK TO U MIGHT FIND YOUR ANSWER

If being looked at by him doesnt bother you, then i would wait for him to either stop looking or to approach you.
If however this is bothering you, you could go up to him and just introduce yourself. I think if you start a conversation with him you will soon find out exactly what he wants.
I would suggest that if you do decide to talk to him, that you talk to him during school time (just for safety). You could also talk to him with one of your friends but that may make him feel uneasy - but you yourself may feel uneasy about it too!
