I broke up with my ex two yrs ago. we we're together a for a year half and during that time we had a baby who died. he has now moved found a new girlfriend which he loves and is able to move on with his life but i am unable to do so. I am extremely jealous of what he has and find myself constantly crying. what can i do

Unfortunatly there is nothing you really can do. I sort of know how you feel, my fiance has just broken up with me, but I've also lost my friends who have sided with him - he's just telling them lies. I'm so jealous that he has my ex friends now and it drives me up the wall!

Unfortunatly all I can suggest is that you rise above it all, they say time is a healer, you have good days and bad days, I suggest getting out there and trying to find someone who likes you for you!! Take some time to yourself, relax, perhaps get a journal and record how you feel.
