writes:Well i'm 13 and over msn i have a best friend who has just currently turned 17, ive met him a few times and goes to my school. we were really close, and he liked me and i liked him but i didn't realize that he liked me so i didnt say anything. we always used to text each other and talk to each other on msn, and when my other best mate "A", got involved in our relationship, everything's been going downhill. i really really miss him and how things used to be, but know its "A" that he always text's and talks to, she tells him that i like him and he used to tell her that he liked me, but that's the thing. used to tell her. i want things to be back to normal, and maybe more than just friends in the end, but i dont know what how to do it. Now i just feel like my chance has gone and its really up setting me.

reader, anonymous, writes (7 April 2009): I dont know that I would be calling "A" my best mate if I were you. If she knows you like him then she shouldnt occupy quite so much of his time. Of course you are upset this situation is never a good one! Maybe sit down with the two of them and say that you feel left out. Tell them that you want things back to normal! They might not even realize that they are making you feel this way. Does "A" have feelings for this guy? Just curious...
