So_Very_Confused agony auntoh yeah the urine from pregnant horses will really help you... NOT

I know two guys that did it here at work.. they did fine as long as they stuck to the diet. once they stopped eating the right foods the weight came back

the only thing that works is changing your diet and lifestyle.

you gotta drink 64 oz or more of fluid per day

you have to eat healthy foods at least 80% of the time or more if you have to lose weight

and you need to move every day in the form of some exercise... walking is good... dancing... yoga is a fav of mine for flexibility and strength.

there is NO EASY way out... sadly.

person12345 agony auntLike everyone said, if diet pills worked no one would be overweight. The only thing diet pills work to do is cause serious heart problems. There's a reason there is only ONE diet pill in the entire US that is FDA approved for safety, and it's not one that really causes weight loss so much as helps you stick to a diet more.

If you want to lose weight you need to add in exercise and change your diet. Also you need to be realistic and know that it will take MONTHS to lose significant amounts of weight, especially if you want to stay that size.

dmartin89 agony auntAsk your doctor. I just lost 3 stone by eating healthily and exercising. There is no trick to it. N91 is right. If diet pills worked then we would all be taking them! Read the 4 hour body by Tim Ferriss. It dot me started on the right track.

N91 agony auntIf diet pills truly work and made you drop pounds, don't you think most people in the world would be taking them? And the creator be a multi billionaire?

I'd rather stick to eating right and excercising that relying on a pill that's more than likely placebo!
