Have you tried a punchbag at the gym? I find that keeps my arms fairly well toned and is a lot of fun. In fact you don't even really need the punchbag (although it makes it more enjoyable) Stand sideways with your feet slightly apart and do little jumps back and forward while punching your hand out in front of you and then swap arms. Hope this helps.

Lifting weights. Not the big huge ones, just the smaller kind. You're in the UK so why don't you get an Argos catalogue and look for the kind you need. And just keep doing that in the mornings or in the night. Whenever you have time really.
What I do, since I don't have a car I always have to carry my heavy food shopping every week from the supermarket and walk all the way home. And I'm the same size as you but my arms a quite muscular and toned and the heavy shopping is the reason why. So if you don't want to go out and buy the weights then you could always think of some other more practical way of doing it.
