writes: Hi well I need advice because first of all I had a relationship with my cousin Carlos!But I broke up with him!And for the same reason that our parents found out!Well his parents really didn't mind!It was mine!So I had to brake up with him!But I still miss him so much!And don't know what to do!Like I don't know!I'm so confused!And I broke up with him the 19th of February!This month it's going to be 3 months since I broke up with him!And the 9th of this month it will be 3 months since I last talked to him!And also it was a long distance relationship!He lives in Mexico and I live in Texas!And I go overthere to mexico every year well once a year in December!But he said he doesn't wanna go anymore in december because he knows my mom goes too and he doesn't wanna get in trouble with all the family!It's because he lives in Mexico city but he goes to where out family's from for vacations too!but I don't know what to do!I mean I like really miss him!And the only thing standing in between our relationship is us being cousins!So everyone please help me!What should I do about him?

reader, anonymous, writes (8 May 2006): first off how could have you let this gone so far or even looked at your cousin that way! thats incest. of course its not right! you need to go and find you someone other than a relative. i recomend that you go to some shrink or something. its just not right. its sick, sorry. get over him!

reader, anonymous, writes (7 May 2006): umhummmm..I know what you're going through. Well, what else can you do? You know you definitely can't marry or have kids because of the gene thing. There really isn't much choice in a situation like this. You may reeally like him, but do you actually think he's the "one"? You have to move on. You know there's somebody out there for everybody and I doubt that somebody for you is your cousin. Your parents don't want you to get into anything as complicated as this which I think is very wise.
