 nobody is going to call you sexy if they are not attracted to you! he obviously likes you but to what degree only you can work that out by body language ect...

Firstly, if you haven't got the confidence to just tell him how you feel why don't you give him a few hints that you like him? When he flirts with you flirt back. Like when he says 'hey, sexy girl' say something like 'are you talking to me you sexy boy?' (even if you know that he's talking to you. Then after all the hints then you could tell him or write a note to him to tell him how you feel. Maybe afterwards he'll ask you out.

 hey!
I think you should drop little hints, i dno but the old stuff always works, like play fight with him, or walk around with ur arm through his, but messing about, being really close might make him think you like him more. Also, when he is not there and if people start to insult him, stand up for him, and then they might think you like him and tell him. in other words let him know you like him with out making your self appear desperate.
