The problem is I fear them all so much that I can't remember the last time ( if it even exists ) that I touched a girl anywhere near my age except for one time when I danced with a crush.Also I would probably jump to heaven and climb mount everest in seconds if a girl so much as touched me. What are way places and excuses I can use to touch or hug girls my own age without seeming rude and awkward? I don't go to school but homeschool. A lot of thanks to those who answer.

I think the idea of dance class is a good one. Not many guys WANt to learn ballroom dancing or salsa but you would be introduced to girls in a non-sexual way.
If you are home schooled do you do group tours with other homeschooled kids? Any kind of home-school kids meetups? If not, I'd suggest that to your mom. You will met other kids your own age, but just DO go around hugging strangers or grope the girls. Take the time getting to know a girl before you ask for a hug.

 Start out with being a friend with one. DO NOT I say DO NOT go for the gossip girls. They are usually pale scrawny and or wear dresses every day. If her smile screams warm to you, then go for it. See how she talks to other people.
Are you good at giving advice? When you're close friends you can give advice to them and if their situation is sad then if you are sitting next to her go for the knee, standing up go for the shoulder. If she starts crying go for a hug.
P.S. A good place to meet girls is at a charity convention, so you know that their heart is most likely pure. Strike up a conversation. A girl wants a guy to be confident even if he isn't the most confident.

Sign up for some dancing classes - any kind of dancing where you get partnered up with someone.
You could also try palm-reading. Not saying that I believe in fortune telling or that you should profess to people that you have gift that you don't but just tell people it's a bit of a laugh - and it gives you the excuse to hold somebody's hand and trace your finger over their palm (which most people find a pleasant sensation.
But really you have to wait until you know someone quite well before progress to hugs etc. Stick to the hands, arms and shoulders to begin with.

If any guy did that to me, I'd slap his hand away immediately and tell my friends he's a perv.

Hope i can help you in this one. It has been forever since i was your age, but here goes.You can try when you speak to a girl, if you are sitting next to her, have your leg close to hers and get to where they are touching.if you are hanging out whatching a movie, lean back and put your arm behind her and try touching her shoulder some once your arm is around her.if you are dancing with a girl, try and put one of your hands on the small of her back, above her waistline on jeans.then again if you and her are talking and facing each other you might try resting your hand on her knee, if she doesn't like any of these she will move your hand, if not then she does like you...if she makes eye contact with you and looks at you while you are talking, then she likes you. take small steps, hope this helps.
