They eventually did and now were not allowed to talk or see each other and it's killing us. He's even already asked me to marry him. Everyone keeps telling me what were doing is wrong. :'( But I love him. I want to live my life with him. I don't know what to do anymore.

 marriages between first and second cousins nevertheless account for over 10% of marriages worldwide. It is not illegal but be prepared to be isolated by some members of your family who will look down on this. I know of cousins in Uk who lived together and the whole family fell apart with the arguments etc. You are underage at the moment anyway so marriage is not an issue. But from a legal point of view you are not breaking the law. Maybe breaking your family's code of practise and what they might be expecting of you both.
