 Probably the most powerful flirting tool that you can use is eye contact. try to catch his gaze and hold eye contact for as long as you possibly can then smile and look away. Second from that is touches, playfully touch him on the arm or the leg, if you give him something or pass him something, touch his hands with yours as you do so. If you talk to him look him in the eye and smile alot. Be interested in what he does, or is doing, and laugh at what he says, even if you don't find it particularly funny.
