first and foremost…be VERY WARY of getting between two friends…also, i wouldn't push too much towards making the first move…you don't want to embarrass yourself by seeming needy…do a little flirting first and get your crush to pursue you…guys always want what they can't have
when i was in sixth grade, i did too much pursuing w/ no reciprocation and ended up feeling a fool…although i ended up dating and having my first kiss w/ one of his friends who sounds like your flirty kissy guy…it wasn't a great first kiss (not horrible tho), but it was no big deal! first kisses normally aren't super great anyways…but this is what made it great…
when i got in high school and the boy that i had liked in sixth grade had matured, we finally kissed…and other things…but i didn't like him emotionally in that way by then…so it was a nice, fun ego-booster for me because i had the upper hand in the situation
for now, i'd say wait…and don't make any decisions too quickly…if the one you really have a crush on fails…then go for the friend…since you don't like him too much anyways he could be a good guy to practice kissing with…and it won't matter if you flub it up too much…just be gentle and take it slow and soft and not too wet or dry ;)
i'd love to talk to you in 5 years or so to see how it all turned out…good luck girl :)
