Just give her time to loosen up around you and let her know that you are going to let her take her time. She'll appreciate you for that. This relationship just needs time until she feels ready for any intimacy with a fourteen year old.

Sometimes you may be jabbing her internals with the tips of your fingers and this may hurt. Lastly, you can try entering your middle finger in, and move it back and forth (not in and out) really fast.

 I agree with willy on this one, but if you are going to do it you should also check that your fingers are really squeaky clean and that you don't have any jagged edges on your fingernails, or rough patches of skin. This area of a woman is very delicate and sensitive and you can scratch or irritate her very easily. Try borrowing her nail file to smooth your nails before and use some handcream to make your skin smoother.

 Chances are her hymen is still intact. She can stretch this to make things more comfortable by using her own finger and some vaselins. Or a tampon and ky jelly. She is only young and really you should be looking at whether this is age appropriate behaviour?
