You are heart broken. Simple as, most people go through this sometime in there life. But to me reading over your other post it sound's like the break up was a little bit immature and childish. So you mention some girl she goes in a childish sulk and then you lose your temper. Come on you both need to be grown up about this. That is not a reason to end a relationship. Be the man pick up the phone, talk to her and tell her how you feel. But if you two are to get back together she also needs to change as much as you. You both would need to work hard.
