She told me about the incident and specifically commented on his size; of course I now asked that she change her outfit but she responded by saying you wanted this..., insists it is innocent teasing, and made her feel sexy and horny. She still walks daily and says she runs into the guy all the time. I doubt anything is going on but it seems like the relationship is getting tighter and since its weeks without sex, I'm getting jealous.

That not how you make babies … she then wears sexy outfits to go for a walk and you’re getting jealous - no wonder if you’re not having sex. You want to feel wanted and by the sounds of it she wants attention elsewhere if I were you I’d think long and hard if this is the sort of person you want to have children with as it’s hard Hard HARD work and the demand is constantly relentless , you need a life partner not some prick tease who you obviously have trust issues with
