Oh he must really think a lot of you that he comes to you for cheap sexual stuff.
I'd take it as a huge insult that he thinks you are a slut, and tell him to go and die under a rock.
As for the hand job thing you just have to keep breathing and concentrate on the fact that they really enjoy it and and they really really really enjoy the fact that it's you doing it.
