writes: I'm 15, he's 16. Everyone says he likes me but I'm not sure. We've hung out a bunch of times and he does stuff like grab my hand or tell me to sit next to him (when we are with a bunch of friends). When we talk online he tells me I'm wicked pretty and he can't wait to hang out again. So I kinda think he likes me but he hasn't made a move. I'm pretty sure he's not shy, we don't have any trouble talking to each other. So how do I get him to ask me to be his girlfriend?

 Maybe he is worried you don't feel the same way and it will affect your friendship as if you like someone having a friendship is better than nothing.
Talk to him and question his reasons for the attention and affection he is showing you.
